Bible breakdown

In Genesis 7 God told Noah to take his family on the ark, as well as to take 7 of every clean type of animal, a male and its mate and 2 of every clean type of animal, a male and its mate, and 7 of every type of bird, male and female. God told Noah that he would send a rain in 7 days, and it would last for 40 days and 40 nights, and He will wipe away and destroy every creature that is not on the ark. They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered. The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than twenty feet. Every living thing that moved on the earth perished—birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; men and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds of the air were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.The waters flooded the earth for 150 days. God wanted to start over because He was angered at the complete and utter disrespect and irreverence toward Him. God found favor with Noah and his family because he was faithful to build the ark when God told him to do so.
